Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into Workday configurations.
• Configuration: Perform hands-on configuration of Workday modules, including HCM, Financials, Absence, Time Tracking, and many more!
• Integration: Develop and manage integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems.
• Testing: Conduct unit and system testing to ensure solutions meet client specifications.
• Training and Support: Provide training to client teams and support them through go-live and post-implementation phases.
• Best Practices: Advise clients on Workday best practices and optimization strategies to enhance their business processes.

Qualifications:

• Workday Certification: Must either be actively or previously Workday certified within any Workday module.
• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on Workday implementation and configuration experience.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently.
• Client Focus: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients and manage their expectations.
• Flexibility: Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing client needs.
