Qualifications

• Three years of administrative/technical or investigative work with information systems.

• Understanding of security policies and information assurance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line information systems customer support worldwide using hardware and software knowledge.
• Manage and track all requests for IT resources via an automated help desk system.
• Collect necessary problem details and dispatch appropriate resolution resources.
• Determine problem urgency and notify supervisor for urgent issues.
• Monitor open trouble reports and communicate status to customers.
