Job summary

Arbor Research Collaborative for Health in Athens, GA seeks an Information Services Analyst combining business analysis with QA expertise. You will elicit requirements, model workflows, and document systems while conducting manual and automated testing, including accessibility testing, within an Agile framework.

You will design test plans, verify system behavior against business rules, and collaborate with data analysts to improve data collection and user experience during studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least two years of progressive experience in requirements specification and quality assurance for software development projects.
• Experience with Agile software development processes and participation in meetings and ticket reviews.
• Ability to elicit complex requirements from customers and document results of systematic tests.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with automated testing tools and accessibility testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business issues, define requirements, design applications, and recommend automated systems to solve information issues.
• Collaborate with end users to model and document system requirements.
• Create workflow diagrams and validate wireframes against requirements.
• Develop change management framework and conduct user acceptance testing.
• Create user guides and training materials and deliver training.
• Review data collection instruments for consistency and best practices using ArborLinkCore.
• Work with data analysts to improve data collection and user experience during studies.
• Leverage AI tools as aids while following organizational controls.
