Arbor Research Collaborative for Health in Annapolis, MD seeks an Information Services Analyst to blend business analysis with quality assurance across software projects. You will elicit requirements, model workflows, and document systems while ensuring accessibility and data integrity.

You will design and execute manual and automated tests, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and perform Section 508 accessibility testing, collaborating with analysts, developers, and project managers to deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years in requirements specification and software QA
Knowledge of Agile development process and ticket reviews
Ability to elicit complex requirements from customers and document results
Excellent customer service with adaptable communication
Understanding of relational databases and basic SQL
Ability to write and troubleshoot SQL queries joining multiple tables and views
Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
Experience with Section 508 accessibility testing tools and WCAG criteria

Responsabilités

Analyze issues, define requirements, design applications, and recommend automated solutions.
Collaborate with end users to model and document system requirements.
Create swim-lane workflows and validate wireframes against requirements.
Develop change management framework and conduct user acceptance testing.
Develop user guides and training materials and deliver training.
Review data collection instruments for consistency and standards.
Improve data collection and user experience with study collaborators.
Leverage AI as a tool for business development and solutions while following guidelines.
Design and develop manual and automated tests for software
Create and modify test plans and cases for product components
Generate test plans for automated validation and verification, covering edge cases
Perform functional, regression, and performance tests per specs
Execute CI/CD pipeline testing in Agile cadence
Perform Section 508 accessibility testing using tools and screen-reader checks
Identify coding weaknesses and provide feedback to improve QA processes
Coordinate triage and tracking of issues across teams
