Qualifications

• 4+ years in influencer management, project management, or talent operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client relationships.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and brand partnerships.
• Proficiency with Office suite and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee campaign strategy and client management, prioritizing opportunities and advising on deals.
• Lead talent projects from concept to completion, manage timelines and deliverables, and keep within budget.
• Assist Talent Manager with sales efforts: pitches, decks, proposals, and contract documentation.
• Review and edit talent and brand agreements, flag risks, and escalate nonstandard issues.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new talent with guidance from the Talent Manager.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align goals and allocate resources.
• Develop relationships with brand partners and agencies to drive repeat business.
• Track campaign performance and provide post-project optimization recommendations.
• Mentor junior coordinators and facilitate communication between talent, clients and teams.
