Job summary

Open Influence, a global creator marketing company, seeks an Associate Account Manager in New York. You will support delivery of superior client service for a portfolio of brands, coordinating influencer campaigns from kickoff to reporting with guidance from a senior lead.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in client-facing A/R in marketing or influencer space, plus hands-on influencer cycle experience and strong communication. Hybrid onsite 2 days/week in NYC with a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client-facing account management in marketing/advertising or influencer agencies.
• 2+ years hands-on influencer marketing across talent sourcing, negotiations, content, and reporting.
• Experience leading digital/social media plans focused on influencer campaigns.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for brand partners; nurture relationships and ensure stellar service throughout campaigns.
• Support, manage, and execute post-sale influencer campaigns with senior mentorship.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for influencers; align activities with brand objectives.
• Lead project management and creator onboarding; support complex projects led by seniors.
• Manage high-volume email communications, guide content development, and ensure KPI alignment.
• Address daily client requests with timely, strategic responses; identify trends and insights.
