TBN Talent, a boutique digital creator management company, seeks an experienced Influencer Talent Manager to oversee and grow a roster of 8-12 creators. This role handles day-to-day management, brand deal negotiations, campaign execution, and long-term creator strategy across lifestyle, fashion, parenting and beauty verticals.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years managing digital creator rosters and 3-6+ years in influencer marketing, with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing your own roster of digital creators
• 3-6+ years of experience in talent management and/or influencer marketing
• Deep understanding of influencer marketing, brand strategy, and digital platforms (ShopMy, LTK, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple personalities and projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/G-Suite/Monday
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Responsabilités

• Identify, source and sign new talent within TBN's verticals of focus
• Track and deliver against KPIs, including revenue growth, new brand partnerships, and client retention
• Oversee campaign execution from contract to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met
• Help road map our roster's long-term career goals with brand and content strategy
• Ideate, develop and propose opportunities for talent to grow their streams of revenue
• Facilitate conversations with brands to optimize the larger TBN Talent roster
• Proactively source and pitch branded opportunities aligned with creator goals
• Research brand and agency contacts for influencer outreach via LinkedIn and social platforms
• Maintain and update a master contact grid with brand/agency partners
• Monitor the influencer marketing landscape to identify paid opportunities
