The role emphasizes calendar discipline, proactive communication, and cross-team collaboration. Hybrid schedule: in-office Tue-Thu with remote Mondays and Fridays; you’ll coordinate travel, prepare materials, and report on campaign performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years influencer marketing experience preferred.
• Resourceful, self-motivated with initiative and strong organization.
• Solid understanding of influencers and the social media landscape.

Responsibilities

• Oversee influencer partnerships from post-contract to campaign end.
• Coordinate content calendars, calls, shoots, and live dates.
• Update decks, presentations, and case studies.
• Attend meetings and capture follow-ups.
• Track and organize contracts.
• Maintain talent and firm social calendars.
• Attend events and set visits with talent.
• Develop monthly newsletters highlighting firm updates.
• Collaborate with talent on engagement strategies.
• Create casting documents for potential talent.
• Oversee campaign performance reports for clients.
• Provide administrative support including calendars and notes.
• Coordinate travel for Talent Managers and talent.
