Collectively is seeking a Manager of Client Strategy to lead day-to-day account and strategy work for multiple brands. You will partner with a Director to shape influencer campaigns, manage RFPs/briefs, and guide cross-functional teams from discovery through delivery.

You will drive strategic insights, oversee budgets, and cultivate strong client relationships in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years direct experience in influencer marketing, PR firm or ad agency.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day account and strategy workflows for 1 to 5 brands, reporting to Directors.
• Develop and articulate influencer campaigns and strategies based on client goals.
• Coordinate RFP responses, briefs, and client presentations with cross-functional teams.
• Manage budgets, scopes, and staff plans in collaboration with leadership.
• Provide strategic guidance across trend marketing on platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
• Host and participate in client meetings, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
