Reach Agency in the United States is seeking a Manager, Creator Partnerships to independently lead influencer marketing projects from kickoff to wrap. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver programs for Fortune 500 clients, owning day-to-day execution while offering strategic input.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of client-facing production or influencer marketing experience.
• Proven client services skills including verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to understand client and influencer needs and translate them into impactful content.
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and time-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop production deliverables: influencer lists, briefs, communications, and more.
• Cast influencers using Reach's process and provide talent recommendations.
• Ensure influencer agreements align with program goals and are executed on time.
• Inform leadership of project status, insights, and learnings.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact on execution with senior support.
• Manage outreach to influencers and agents, track rates and availability.
• Utilize production/reporting platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ).
• Travel as needed for events or shoots.
• Lead multiple client projects with strong organization and prioritization.
