Collectively is hiring a New Business Manager to join the Business Development team. You will lead RFP responses, coordinate cross-functionally, and manage onboarding for new accounts.

You will also work with analytics to turn data into strategic insights and revenue growth, while sustaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in influencer marketing at an agency or PR firm and excels at balancing data-driven thinking with creative collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing at an agency or PR firm.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple RFPs and client onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP & proposal development and cross-functional coordination.
• Support client onboarding through account setup and kickoff activities.
• Collaborate with Analytics to translate learnings into strategic insights and sales materials.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with ongoing communication.
