Job summary

Gaia seeks a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support influencer marketing, partnerships, social media, light design/production, and daily marketing operations at our Louisville, CO campus. This on-site role emphasizes clear communication and juggling multiple priorities with care.

You will work with marketing leadership, assist GaiaSphere events, and create collateral using Canva, Airtable, Google Workspace, and Adobe Suite, while contributing to analytics and reporting efforts.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in a Marketing Coordinator role.
• Strong prioritization and project follow-through across deadlines.
• Familiarity with social platforms, influencers, and marketing fundamentals.
• Required: Airtable, Canva, CMS tools, Google Workspace.
• Bonus: Google Analytics, GTM, AdWords, SEO reporting experience.
• Bonus: light design skills; Adobe InDesign/Photoshop a plus.
• Clear communicator, collaborative, adaptable.
• Must work on campus in Louisville, CO; US citizenship or work visa.
• Gaia subscribers strongly preferred; non-smoker.

Responsibilities

• Support Marketing leadership with daily operations, coordination, and light project management.
• Manage workflow for Influencer/Partnerships and GaiaSphere events; ensure briefs/deliverables are trafficked and on time.
• Own scheduling, calendaring, cross-functional follow-ups, and related communications.
• Respond daily to inbound messages from influencers, talent, and partners with professionalism.
• Create and update light marketing collateral using Canva, Airtable, Google Workspace, and Adobe Suite.
• Build/update partner decks, influencer kits, and event materials.
• Assist with reporting and dashboards, including GA, GTM, AdWords, and SEO reporting.
• Coordinate creative briefs across influencer/partner and event workflows.
• Provide responsive internal support with an excellent service mindset.
