Job summary

Gaia is seeking a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing team across influencer marketing, partnerships, social media, light design/creative production, and day‑to‑day marketing operations. This role is full‑time and on‑site at our Louisville, CO office.

Salary range: $45,000–$55,000; commensurate with experience. US citizenship or an existing work visa is required. GaiaSphere event coordination and strong communication skills are preferred for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a Marketing Coordinator role.
• Strong prioritization and project follow-through across multiple deadlines.
• Familiarity with social platforms, influencers, and marketing fundamentals.
• Agency or fast-paced marketing experience required.
• Bonus: Google Analytics, GTM, AdWords, SEO reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Marketing leadership with daily operations, coordination, and light project management.
• Manage and prioritize workflow for Influencer/Partnerships and GaiaSphere events, ensuring briefs and deliverables are trafficked and on time.
• Own scheduling, calendaring, cross-functional follow-ups, and related communications.
• Respond daily to inbound messages from social influencers, talent, and partners with professionalism.
• Create and update light marketing collateral using tools such as Google Workspace, Airtable, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Build/update partner decks, influencer kits, and event support materials.
• Assist with reporting and performance dashboards, including Google Analytics, GTM, AdWords, and SEO reporting.
• Support influencer/partner workflows by coordinating briefs.
• Provide responsive internal support to cross-functional teams with an excellent service mindset.

• Support influencer and partner workflows by coordinating incoming/outgoing creative briefs.
• Provide responsive internal support to cross‑functional teams and the field with an “excellent service” mindset.
