Job summary

Xponential Fitness LLC in Irvine, CA is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to develop and execute creator, influencer, and affiliate programs for our wellness brands. This role blends creative thinking with data-driven analysis to identify talent and drive credible partnerships across platforms.

You will source, vet, and manage creators, oversee end-to-end campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams on briefs, budgets, and measurement to maximize brand impact and ROAS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of influencer marketing or social media experience.
• Experience managing both in-kind and paid influencer partnerships.
• Proven ability to develop influencer strategies and select talent based on brand alignment.
• Familiarity with influencer platforms (Cohley, GRIN, Upfluence, or similar).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage campaigns for multiple brands simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive creator marketing by collaborating with creators to authentically weave our brand narrative into content.
• Identify, vet, and secure influencers across priority platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and creators throughout campaign lifecycles.
• Develop briefs with internal teams to guide creators in producing authentic content.
• Develop long-term creator partnerships that build brand advocacy and loyalty.
• Define and lead the long-term influencer vision and roadmap across platforms and business priorities.
• Build and manage a high-impact creator ecosystem and refresh talent pools regularly.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and platform updates to ensure innovative programs.
