• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing or social media.
• Experience managing in-kind/gifting programs and paid influencer partnerships.
• Proven ability to develop influencer strategies and select talent based on brand alignment and audience data.

Responsibilities

• Drive creator marketing by collaborating with creators to weave brand narrative into content.
• Identify, vet, and secure influencers across key platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers as the main campaign contact.
• Develop briefs with brand teams to ensure native content aligned with brand value.
• Lead long-term creator partnerships and influencer roadmap evolving with platform trends.
• Manage paid influencer campaigns with strategic media buys and performance tracking.
• Architect 360° influencer programs spanning earned, owned and paid media.
• Negotiate deliverables, usage rights, timelines, and compensation for paid partnerships.
• Build and scale an affiliate program with brand ambassadors and revenue-sharing partners.
• Identify tools/platforms to improve efficiency, sourcing, communication, and reporting.
