Job summary

REP Fitness is seeking a seasoned Influencer & Social Media Manager to scale creator and affiliate programs for Purist while maintaining a sharp, on-brand organic social presence. The role combines influencer and affiliate management with a focus on community engagement and content planning.

You will recruit and negotiate with creators, manage ongoing relationships, and drive data-driven improvements across campaigns and channels. Hybrid office model in Westminster, CO with on-site days.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of influencer/affiliate/social media marketing experience for consumer brands.
• Experience with CPG or fitness/wellness brands preferred.
• Proven track record managing influencer networks and negotiating deliverables.
• Experience owning a program budget and reporting results.
• Strong social and conversational skills; comfortable voicing the brand online.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, vet, and recruit creators aligned with the brand.
• Negotiate deliverables, rights, and compensation with creators.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with influencer partners.
• Coordinate product seeding, briefs, and content approvals.
• Own and grow the affiliate program end to end.
• Monitor performance and ROI targets.
• Plan and maintain the organic social content calendar.
• Oversee community management and engagement across channels.
