Job summary

Open, Inc. is seeking an Influencer Manager in Venice, FL to build and run Open’s creator program across wellness, music, fashion, and culture, turning voices into lasting relationships that drive our studio and online classes.

You will own the program end to end—from sourcing and outreach to briefs, contracts, content, and results—while negotiating rates, managing campaigns, and delivering data-driven performance with authentic partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in influencer marketing, talent management, or creator partnerships.
• Experience with brand partnerships or sponsored campaigns and delivering creator work to partners.
• Strong network of creators and agents with good fit for brands.
• Comfortable negotiating rates and terms and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Build a roster of creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Source creators whose audience and aesthetic align with Open.
• Develop brand partnerships from pitch to delivery.
• Negotiate rates, deliverables, and usage rights; manage contracts and payments.
• Write clear creative briefs and guide content for authenticity.
• Plan and run creator activations: studio visits, classes, events, launches.
• Maintain a data-driven affiliate tracker: pipeline, deliverables, dates, spend, performance.
