Job summary

Munchkin, Inc. is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to grow and evolve our creator program.

You will own influencer partnerships from strategy and sourcing through negotiation, execution, content approvals, and reporting, while building strong relationships with creators and talent managers. You’ll collaborate with Social, Creative, Product Marketing, PR, E‑commerce, and Paid Media to drive engagement and high‑performing content.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, PR, or related field.
• In‑house consumer brand experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, creator culture, and social trends.
• Experience managing creator relationships, negotiations, campaigns, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Munchkin’s influencer and creator strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Source, vet, pitch, negotiate, and manage creators and talent managers from outreach through final deliverables.
• Build and nurture a diverse roster of creators, focusing on long‑term relationships and brand advocacy.
• Lead influencer campaigns including briefs, contracts, timelines, content approvals, usage rights, and payments.
• Partner with Social and Creative to develop creator content that feels authentic and native to each platform.
• Identify opportunities to amplify creator content across Munchkin’s channels (organic and paid).
• Track campaign performance, budgets, and learnings to improve the program.
• Stay ahead of creator trends, emerging talent, and cultural moments relevant to parents and families.
• Ensure influencer partnerships follow FTC guidelines and brand standards.
