Job summary

Viral Nation is seeking an experienced Creator Relations Manager in New York to identify, engage, and procure strategic influencer partnerships aligned with client goals. You will leverage your deep understanding of the creator economy and social media landscape to build lasting relationships with creators and agencies.

Qualifications

• Active participant and consumer of the social media industry.
• 3+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Business Development, or a sales environment with a dual focus on creator cultivation and client-facing involvement.
• Knowledge of social media metrics to drive strategy (CPM, CPV, CTR, Conversion Rate).
• Established networks with creators and talent agencies to improve discovery and campaigns.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with creators/influencers and agencies.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Source potential content creators/influencers across gaming, tech, lifestyle, and entertainment.
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies for partnerships and pricing.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing, proposals, agreements, and complex compensation structures.
• Communicate value propositions to agencies and creators through meetings and materials.
• Support the team with ongoing projects for our client base.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Talent to address gaps in talent inventory.
• Maintain a living database of talent for procurement and growth monitoring.
• Identify trends and rising creators daily to leverage client partnerships.
• Assist in influencer strategies for proposals and pitches to secure impactful partnerships.
• Work with teams to strategize and execute campaigns exceeding client expectations.
