Job summary

Mammoth Brands is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to shape Lume and Mando’s creator strategy and partnerships. You will manage relationships with creators and agencies, balancing authentic creator love with measurable brand impact.

You will lead negotiations, align with Social, Growth, and Brand teams, and drive campaigns from creative brief to post-campaign analysis. Join a fast-moving, culture-driven team in a collaborative, in-office setup in New York.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in influencer marketing with experience in managing high-impact influencer collaborations.
• Experience working with an influencer agency.
• Consumer-centric and trend driven; can identify new creators and translate into branded content.
• Excellent communication to inspire and motivate cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of Lume and Mando’s influencer strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and cultural relevance.
• Own end-to-end execution of all sponsored creator partnerships, including casting, briefing, content review and approvals, day-to-day comms, and post-campaign performance recaps.
• Develop, manage, and scale gifting programs to nurture long-term creator relationships and sustained brand affinity.
• Lead and support influencer contract negotiations, including deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and pricing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Social, Performance Marketing, Events, and Brand teams to ensure alignment and identify organic creator opportunities.
• Support and amplify key brand moments through creator partnerships.
• Analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations for future strategy.
