Job summary

AppLovin’s Gist is building a new social platform and seeks a Senior Creator Partnerships Manager to bridge our platform with macro and mega influencers. You’ll own the creator strategy, broker custom deals, and lead negotiations with talent managers to drive rapid onboarding and growth.

You will manage recruitment budgets, craft scalable partnership frameworks, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with product goals and market expansion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in influencer partnerships, creator talent, or influencer marketing.
• Proven track record working with macro (500K–1M followers) and mega/celebrity (1M+) influencers.
• Strong relationships with talent managers, MCNs, and agency contacts.
• Deep fluency in custom deal negotiation, with knowledge of market rates and deal structures.

Responsibilities

• Recruit macro and mega/celebrity influencers across US lifestyle verticals to post on our platform and amplify content.
• Develop and own creator partnership strategy, identify talent mix, negotiate deals, manage relationships with influencers and management.
• Own and optimize a creator recruitment budget, balance deal value with platform growth and content quality goals.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of creator talent through networks and proactive outreach across agencies and platforms.
• Collaborate with global teams to structure deals and ensure smooth onboarding and activation.
• Track and report on creator performance, ROI, and content impact to guide strategy.
