Job summary

THE·TEAM Creator Partnerships seeks a Senior Manager with influencer experience that truly understands the social landscape and has a passion for influencers. The right candidate will oversee influencer campaigns, manage project leads and build meaningful client relationships.

They will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure a streamlined and effective execution of projects. They will use their experience and understanding of the digital space to deliver impactful influencer

Qualifications

• 5+ years in managing influencer campaigns and client partnerships.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to execute campaigns.
• Deep familiarity with social platforms and influencer ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Execute successful influencer campaigns across multiple clients and verticals.
• Serve as the primary client contact, leading kickoff and status calls.
• Provide strategic and creative solutions to drive results against goals.
• Source, vet and contract influencer talent and negotiate terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet all client KPIs and budgets.
• Prepare and present project reporting with actionable recommendations.
