Job summary

Crispin is seeking a Creator & Influencer Senior Manager to lead and execute influencer campaigns, including outreach, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration. You will draft briefs, review content for FTC compliance, and train teams on influencer tools while expanding the influencer network.

Your role includes presenting ideas in internal meetings, establishing success metrics, and guiding coordinators and managers to ensure campaign excellence across multiple campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of influencer experience required.
• Able to work at Downtown office on Tue/Thu.
• Strong communication with internal teams and influencers.
• Solid knowledge of influencer tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of influencer campaigns, including outreach, negotiations and communications
• Draft campaign briefs and materials as directed and needed
• Review influencer content for FTC guidelines and client goals with final approval by a senior team member
• Manage and expand Crispin’s network of influencers
• Lead influencer reporting with data to track goals
• Support on influencer planning and strategy
• Lead team brainstorms for client renewal or new business
