Job summary

Dentsu in New York is seeking a senior client lead for influencer campaigns, owning strategy and confident execution. You will oversee influencer campaigns end-to-end with limited oversight, lead creative brainstorms, and guide strategic direction to meet client goals.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum relevant agency experience.
• Proven influencer marketing and project management experience.
• Hands-on experience with CreatorIQ, Captiv8, or similar.
• Experience managing teams, budgets, and contracts.
• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact for influencer marketing initiatives.
• Develop, present, and optimize influencer strategies across clients and categories.
• Forecast campaign impact and KPIs, tying performance to business outcomes.
• Review and guide creative concepts, messaging, and ongoing optimization.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, supporting development and growth planning.
• Support influencer negotiations, contracting, and legal coordination.
• Oversee budgets, invoicing, quality control, and compliance (including FTC guidelines).
• Analyze performance data and report on progress against client revenue goals.
• Identify process improvements and organic growth opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across Dentsu and support new business efforts as needed.
