You will manage multiple campaigns, forecast KPIs, and ensure compliance with FTC guidelines. Strong communication and leadership are essential to succeed in this highly collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum agency experience in influencer marketing.
• Proven influencer marketing and project management experience.
• Hands-on with influencer platforms such as CreatorIQ or Captiv8.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact for influencer marketing initiatives.
• Develop, present, and optimize influencer strategies across clients.
• Forecast campaign impact and KPIs and tie to business outcomes.
• Review and guide creative concepts, messaging, and optimization.
• Mentor junior team members and support growth planning.
• Support influencer negotiations, contracting, and legal coordination.
• Oversee budgets, invoicing, and compliance (FTC).
• Analyze performance data and report progress against revenue goals.
• Identify process improvements and organic growth opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across Dentsu and support new business.
