Job summary

Dentsu Creative in New York is seeking a TEMP Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing to lead end-to-end influencer campaigns with limited oversight. You will manage strategy, budgets, timelines and client relationships, while negotiating with influencers and coordinating with legal and production teams.

This temporary role requires 3-5 years in advertising or agency settings, hands-on experience managing full lifecycle of influencer programs, and proficiency with Creator IQ and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in an advertising or agency setting.
• 3-5 years’ applicable experience.
• Must possess hands-on experience managing the full lifecycle of influencer marketing campaigns, including influencer identification and sourcing, vetting and selection, campaign strategy development, program execution, influencer contracting, content review and approval workflows, performance measurement, and campaign reporting.
• Strong project management abilities and skills.
• Prior experience with influencer management platforms such as Creator IQ, or similar.
• Prior experience working directly with both clients and an internal, cross-functional team.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Word and Excel to maintain complex spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Drive client relationships by serving as the primary day-to-day contact for influencer marketing opportunities.
• Support the Group Director, Influencer Marketing with development of influencer strategies across multiple clients and categories.
• Own the development and presentation of influencer strategies based on client needs and input.
• Assist with project impact forecasting and campaign progress tracking.
• Manage influencer budgets and reporting to leadership.
• Oversee influencer invoicing and billing processes.
• Ensure timely delivery of contracted content and compliance with client/FTC guidelines.
• Be a lens of overall quality control for client-facing deliverables.
