You will drive sourcing, performance analysis, and optimization for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube campaigns, while advising on licensing and paid amplification opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 6–8 years of influencer marketing or creator partnerships experience, preferably at an agency.
• Experience leading multiple client accounts and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills with scalable reporting systems.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and creator content across organic and paid media.
• Experience managing UGC programs for paid social campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset converting data into strategic recommendations.
• Demonstrated use of AI to improve workflows, reporting, or operations.

• Lead influencer and creator marketing programs from strategy through execution across client accounts.
• Serve as the primary client contact for creator marketing initiatives and performance reviews.
• Oversee campaigns executed by junior team members with a focus on quality and client service.
• Build and manage creator sourcing strategies using premier platforms and tools.
• Own campaign reporting with sophisticated spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Analyze creator performance to uncover insights and drive month-over-month improvements.
• Develop recommendations aligning creator programs with business objectives.
• Collaborate with paid media teams to oversee UGC production for ads on TikTok, Meta, YouTube.
• Advise clients on licensing, usage rights, whitelisting, and paid amplification opportunities.
• Evaluate and improve our creator tech stack for sourcing, reporting, and analytics.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI to streamline processes and workflows.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and emerging technologies to elevate work.
