Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Influencer Marketer to build our influencer program from the ground up. You will own strategy, creator sourcing, deal negotiation, briefs, and campaigns across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X.

Remote-friendly role based in the United States, with global collaboration across ElevenLabs and ElevenCreative. You’ll measure attribution, optimize ROI, and scale the program with fast, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in influencer programs
• Experience sourcing and vetting creators across platforms
• Ability to negotiate deals including non-standard structures
• Strong measurement, attribution, and ROI mindset
• Excellent briefing and feedback skills
• Experience planning and executing creator campaigns
• Judgment to allocate budget based on incremental impact

Responsibilities

• Design and build the ElevenLabs influencer program from the ground up: strategy, creator tiers, budget allocation, and operating playbook
• Source, vet, and sign creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X whose audiences match our segments
• Negotiate and structure deals — flat-fee integrations, performance hybrids, long-term ambassadorships — and manage contracts with Legal
• Write briefs that protect brand quality while giving creators room to be authentic, with fast feedback on drafts
• Plan and execute creator campaigns around product launches, feature releases, and cultural moments
• Own measurement: work with data team on attribution and incrementality, make ROI-based decisions
• Partner with paid marketing on whitelisting and amplifying top creator content, and with social to extend reach
• Build repeatable systems — sourcing pipelines, rate benchmarks, briefs, reporting — to scale the program
