Entech Network Solutions, LLC. is seeking an Influencer Partnerships Manager in New York, NY, to lead day-to-day influencer and creator campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and UGC. This hands-on role focuses on creator-driven work at an agency level, managing campaigns from sourcing to reporting.

You will coordinate creator outreach, contracting and approvals, working closely with clients and internal teams to optimize results and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of professional experience focused on influencer marketing or creator campaigns.
• Agency experience across multiple client accounts is highly preferred.
• Hands-on management of influencer campaigns from sourcing to reporting.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple influencer campaigns from kickoff through completion.
• Develop creator strategies based on client objectives and KPIs.
• Source creators across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Lead outreach, negotiations, contracting and coordination of campaigns.
• Develop creator briefs and communicate expectations, timelines and deliverables.
• Manage relationships with creators, talent managers and agencies.
• Review content and coordinate client approvals and feedback.
• Keep campaigns organized and on schedule; ensure deliverables are met.
• Monitor performance and translate results into client recommendations.
• Collaborate with strategy, media and account teams to optimize campaigns.
• Improve influencer workflows and creator databases.
