Job summary

Rec Gen in Palo Alto is seeking a Growth Marketer to own creator-led growth. You’ll identify and partner with prosumer YouTubers, TikTokers, Instagram creators, and newsletters, and craft campaigns that drive installs, sign-ups, and revenue.

This hands-on, early-team role requires scripting, shooting, editing short-form video, and measuring CAC and retention. You’ll work closely with the founders to feed user insight into the product and launch features with impact.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years in growth, influencer or creator marketing for consumer apps or AI startups.
• Track record of creator partnerships that moved installs, sign-ups or revenue with data to show it.
• Existing network across YouTube, TikTok and Instagram or ability to build one quickly.
• Fluent in native short-form video and internet culture; know what is shareable.

Responsibilities

• Build the creator network with prosumer YouTubers, TikTokers and Instagram creators.
• Run end-to-end influencer campaigns: briefs, contracts, gifting, and tracking.
• Engineer virality: design shareable moments and referral loops for TikTok, Reels, Shorts and X.
• Make video content: script, shoot and edit short-form videos for company channels.
• Create educational content that explains the product and drives acquisition.
• Measure CAC, installs, sign-ups and retention by creator and channel; scale what works.
