It's time to turn that signal into a real program. We are looking for an Influencer Marketer to own the entire channel: strategy, creator sourcing and vetting, deal negotiation, briefs and creative direction, campaign execution around product

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building an influencer program from zero to a measurable channel.
• Experience negotiating and closing creator deals across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and X.
• Fluency in measurement beyond last-click: promo codes, UTMs, lift studies and incrementality.
• Sharp creator taste to identify high-potential partners for our product.
• Excellent brief-writing and creative feedback skills to raise content quality.
• Experience managing meaningful budgets and working cross-functionally with paid, social, product marketing, data & legal.
• Genuine understanding of AI and creative tools landscape and trends.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the ElevenLabs influencer program from the ground up: strategy, creator tiers, budget allocation, and operating playbook
• Source, vet, and sign creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X whose audiences match our creator, marketer, and developer segments
• Negotiate and structure deals — flat-fee integrations, performance hybrids, long-term ambassadorships — and manage creator contracts with Legal
• Write briefs that protect brand quality while giving creators room to be authentic, and give fast, decisive feedback on draft content
• Plan and execute creator campaigns around product launches, feature releases, and cultural moments across ElevenLabs and ElevenCreative
• Own measurement: work with our data team on attribution and incrementality (we already run a halo attribution model), and make continue/pause/scale calls on every creator and agency based on true ROI
• Partner with paid marketing on whitelisting and amplifying top creator content, and with social to extend campaign reach
• Build repeatable systems — sourcing pipelines, rate benchmarks, brief templates, reporting — so the program scales beyond you
