Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Influencer Marketer to build and own our creator partnerships from the ground up. You will source, vet, and negotiate with top creators across major platforms, embedding measurement and ROI-driven decision making into every campaign.

You will lead briefs, ensure brand quality, and collaborate with paid and social teams to scale the influencer channel as a core growth lever for product launches and cultural moments.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building an influencer program from zero to a measurable channel.
• Experience negotiating and closing creator deals across multiple platforms (YT, TikTok, IG, X).
• Fluency in measurement beyond last-click: promo codes, UTMs, lift studies, incrementality.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the ElevenLabs influencer program from the ground up: strategy, tiers, budget allocation, and playbook.
• Source, vet, and sign creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X.
• Negotiate and structure deals — flat-fee, performance hybrids, ambassadorships — and manage creator contracts with Legal.
• Write briefs that protect brand quality while enabling authentic content and provide fast feedback on drafts.
• Plan and execute creator campaigns around product launches and culture moments across ElevenLabs and ElevenCreative.
• Own measurement: collaborate with data team on attribution and ROI decisions for creators/agencies.
• Partner with paid marketing on whitelisting and with social to extend reach.
• Build repeatable systems — pipelines, benchmarks, briefs, reporting — for scalable growth.
