Job summary

Apothékary is seeking a creative Influencer & Events Coordinator to grow our community from the inside out. You will build meaningful influencer relationships, manage our affiliate ecosystem, and craft elevated brand experiences that bring Apothékary to life in the real world.

This remote role is based near NYC and requires the ability to support onsite events quarterly. You will lead end-to-end influencer programs and live events, collaborating with brand, social, and retail teams to tell our

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years in brand or experiential marketing.
• Based within commuting distance of NYC.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to create impactful events from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Influencer Strategy: manage influencer program across celebrity, nano, macro, mid-tier to increase awareness and affinity for the brand.
• Event Management: own end-to-end planning and execution of community and VIP event programming.
• Ambassador Program Management: manage affiliate program and promote it through email and social channels.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage budgets, invoices, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support cross-functional teams with influencer requests and content capture/calibration.
