Job summary

M Booth & Associates in New York is seeking a Creative Strategist with 3–5 years of influencer marketing campaigns to join our fast-paced, culture-driven team. You will identify creators, negotiate, oversee content, and report on performance while guiding client relationships.

Location: Remote or NYC office. Our hybrid policy requires in-person 2 days a week in the NYC hub; outside New York, some in-person meetings may be required. We value bold ideas and proactive collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience executing end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.
• Direct experience negotiating with creator talent.
• Proven track record working with senior leads on integrated campaigns.
• Autonomy and ownership in dynamic agency environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive culture-first influencer strategies and integrate with PR, social, and paid media.
• Lead influencer programs from strategy to partner discovery, vetting, negotiations, contracts, content oversight and reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Source and nurture relationships with creators to keep brands at the center of conversations.
• Own client relationships and manage multiple workstreams.
• Turn competitive insights into turn-key campaign entry points for brands.
• Mentor and lead internal teams to foster strong culture.
