Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience interacting with brands, agencies (public relations & advertising), influencers, celebrities, agents, managers & publicists.
• Strong passion for pop culture and entertainment including entertainment, sports, music, fashion and beauty.
• Excellent organization and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support in campaign project management with influencer teams.
• Facilitate campaign outreach and draft/update influencer contracts.
• Manage feedback and approval processes across content development stages.
• Organize submitted content for reviews and ensure campaign content is captured.
• Supervise influencers and branded content for quality and live performance.
• Monitor campaign performance in real time and provide recaps and reports.
• Provide administrative support: invoices, creative briefs, shipping, meeting agendas.
