Acceleration Partners is seeking a Director, Influencer Strategy to lead and shape our influencer programs from a remote, work-from-home model. This senior, externally-facing role collaborates with sales, client services, and delivery to win new business, craft credible influencer strategies, and connect execution to measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in influencer marketing with a focus on strategy, program buildout, or new business.
• Ability to create and present influencer strategies in business development or client-facing contexts.
• Deep knowledge of influencer/creator ecosystems across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Substack.
• Willingness to learn about affiliate marketing and apply it to campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to produce client-ready materials independently.
• Ability to synthesize and visualize information independently or with Design.
• Experience presenting to senior clients or speaking externally preferred.
• Frequent travel for client meetings, team gatherings, and industry conferences.

Responsibilities

• STRATEGY-LED SALES ENABLEMENT: Build credible influencer strategies for proposals and RFPs, support pitch meetings with strategic context.
• PROGRAM STRATEGY & INDUSTRY INTELLIGENCE: Define influencer program strategy grounded in research and competitive intelligence.
• INDUSTRY LEADING REPORTING: Add narrative and strategic context to reporting, linking strategy to delivery and results.
• ONGOING CLIENT SUPPORT & UPSELL: Provide strategic recommendations and upsell opportunities across a diverse brand portfolio.
• AP MARKETING & EXTERNAL PRESENCE: Contribute to external marketing and thought leadership, potentially speaking at conferences.
