Job summary

Atoms, a premium footwear brand in NYC, is building an end-to-end creator and affiliate program. You will own influencer and affiliate pipelines, find creators, negotiate deals, and ensure partnerships drive revenue.

This role demands closing 50+ creator deals and building an affiliate framework with strong attribution emphasis. NYC-based with remote consideration for the right candidate; you’ll work directly with founders, drive measurable revenue, and scale the program from zero to visible

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience running creator/affiliate programs at a similar stage.
• Proven track record of closing 50+ creator deals.
• Strong cold outreach and pitching skills.
• Deep understanding of attribution and revenue impact.
• Familiar with creator tools on Shopify (Collabs, Refersion, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Build and own the creator pipeline: find them, DM them, price them, close them.
• Source TikTok and Instagram creators in walking, health, daily fit-check content with 100k+ view reach.
• Negotiate creator packages that satisfy both sides.
• Run posting waves within a tight 2-hour window.
• Stand up the affiliate program: links, rates, tracking, payouts.
