Job summary

American Airlines is seeking a Sr Analyst, Inflight Policies and Procedures at the DFW HQ in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on shaping flight attendant policies, ensuring regulatory alignment, and driving clear, actionable guidance for frontline teams across Marketing and Customer Experience.

You’ll collaborate with Maintenance, Fleet Planning, and Inflight Training to balance safety and customer experience while leading high-impact projects and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience with policy, procedures, and operational guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME on flight attendant and customer experience policies and onboarding.
• Maintain and update the Inflight Manual (IFM) to stay aligned with regs and AA policies.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Customer Experience, Maintenance, and Network teams.
• Lead initiatives to improve readability and adherence of service procedures.
• Engage frontline teams and Special Assignment Flight Attendants for aligned customer experience.
• Partner with Training and Safety to balance risks and training needs.
