American Airlines is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support Flight Attendants and Inflight management in daily operations. The role is part of the Inflight staff assistant team and involves a mix of clerical tasks and frontline guest service.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years experience with PC, Sabre, DECS, and RES required.

Aufgaben

• Respond to Flight Attendants questions in person or by phone.
• Files expense reimbursement, mail, and FEDEX.
• Provide Tablet support at Crew Service Centers.
• Coordinate Flight Attendant parking and Crew IDs.
• Order supplies and maintain the e-board in crew rooms.
• Interact with Flight Attendants throughout shifts to resolve queries.
• Assist Operations Coordinators with Inflight operations.
