University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is recruiting a Division Administrator for the Infectious Diseases division within the Department of Medicine. The role oversees business affairs, funds, and resources and aligns division activities with department and university policies.

The position drives performance, manages diverse funds, and coordinates personnel matters, with a hybrid on-campus schedule 3–4 days per week and in-person meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirements as listed in the job posting.
• Six (6) years of relevant professional experience in financial administration/management.
• A combination of education and related experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Participates and serves as staff representative on the division Leadership Team; collaborates on operational and financial matters and advocates for staff resources.
• With the Division Head, understands and advocates for top division priorities to the Department, SOM Dean’s Office, and partners.
• Drives performance through engagement, collaboration, and teamwork within the division.
• Fiscal responsibility and management of all funds including state, federal, gifts, endowments, grants, and CU MEDICINE funds.
• Oversees budget preparation, controls, and monitors revenue/expenditure for all funds; manages personnel matters and staffing planning.
