Job summary

Eden Capital Careers is seeking an Infectious Disease physician for our outpatient facility in St. Augustine, FL.

This role emphasizes outpatient care with no night or weekend shifts, a busy schedule targeting 14–18 patients per day, and a compensation package that includes base salary plus bonuses and robust benefits. Requirements include MD or DO with an active medical license, valid DEA and Furnishing license, and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active state medical license.
• Valid DEA registration and Furnishing License.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Able to manage 14–18 patients daily.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality care and meet productivity standards.
• Oversee patient scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet productivity benchmarks.
• Document visits same day or within 72 hours with accurate billing codes.
• Deliver primary care for chronic conditions and acute issues.
• Supervise mid-level providers and collaborate with care team.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as assigned.
