Our Healthcare Center Wellness Clinic in St. Augustine, FL is seeking a Medical Director (Infectious Disease physician) for our outpatient facility. You’ll join a fully staffed, mission-driven team providing primary care with no overnights.

You’ll see 14–18 patients daily, oversee care, and support patient well-being. Salary ranges from $250,000 to $290,000 with a production bonus structure (visits-based) and a comprehensive benefits package including 401K, sign and quarterly bonuses, and

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active medical license.
• Valid DEA registration and Furnishing license.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care in outpatient setting.
• Meet productivity standards and collaborate with care team.
• Supervise mid-level providers and conduct chart reviews or audits.
• Deliver care for chronic and acute conditions with timely documentation.
• Manage after-hours on-call coverage as assigned.
