Job summary

Healthcare Center Wellness Clinic seeks a Medical Director (Family Practice, Internal Medicine or Infectious Disease) for our outpatient facility in St. Augustine, FL. You’ll join a fully staffed, mission-driven team dedicated to serving the local community.

You must hold an MD or DO license with active credentials and be board-certified in Infectious Disease or related field. The role emphasizes outpatient care with no nights or weekends and requires managing 14–18 patients per day.

Qualifications

• Must have MD or DO with an active medical license.
• DEA registration and Furnishing License required.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily in a supported environment.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care services.
• Manage 14–18 patients daily.
• Supervise PAs and NPs; chart reviews as required.
• Complete timely documentation and E/M coding.
• Support patient retention and coordination of care.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as needed.
