Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Medical Director (Infectious Disease) for our outpatient facility in St. Augustine, FL. You’ll join a fully staffed, mission-driven team dedicated to serving the local community.

The role requires an MD/DO with an active medical license, valid DEA & Furnishing license, and outpatient experience. You will see 14–18 patients daily in a collaborative setting with no night shifts.

Formación

• MD or DO with an active state medical license.
• Valid DEA registration and Furnishing License.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily in a supported environment.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality outpatient care with 14–18 daily patients.
• Oversee scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet productivity targets.
• Document visits the same day or within 72 hours with accurate E/M codes.
• Deliver primary care for chronic and acute conditions (HTN, diabetes, infections, HIV, etc.).
• Collaborate with front desk, care coordinators, and nursing staff.
• Supervise mid-level providers and perform audits as required.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage.
• Administrative time: 4 hours per week per policy.
