Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Medical Director (Family Practice/Internal Medicine/Infectious Disease) for our outpatient facility in St. Augustine, FL. Join a mission-driven team in a fully staffed clinic, dedicated to serving the local community.

The role requires an MD/DO with an active license, DEA and Furnishing licenses, and outpatient primary care experience. Manage 14–18 patients daily in a collaborative setting with after-hours on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active medical license.
• Valid DEA registration and Furnishing license.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily in a supported environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and meet productivity standards.
• Oversee patient scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet productivity benchmarks.
• Complete documentation the same day or within 72 hours with accurate E&M codes.
• Deliver primary care for chronic and acute conditions.
• Supervise mid-level providers (PAs and NPs).
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage.
