Ashford Connex, LLC in St. Augustine, FL is seeking a Medical Director specialized in Infectious Disease for our outpatient clinic.

This role requires leadership over clinical operations, guiding patient care, and ensuring high-quality medical services without night shifts. The physician will manage 14–18 patient visits per day, oversee mid-level providers, coordinate care with front desk and nursing staff, and participate in on-site administrative duties while maintaining compliance and patient

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active state license.
• Board certification preferred for Infectious Disease/primary care duties.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality primary care services in outpatient setting.
• Meet productivity standards and manage 14–18 patients daily.
• Oversee scheduling, documentation, and coding (E/M).
• Supervise mid-level providers (PAs and NPs) and coordinate with staff.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as assigned.
• Protect administrative time for physicians as per policy.
