Clear Concepts, Inc. in Saint Augustine, FL is hiring a Medical Director for Infectious Disease to lead outpatient care without night or weekend shifts. You will oversee productivity targets, supervise mid-level providers, and ensure timely documentation and billing.

The position offers strong compensation and a full benefits package. The ideal candidate is MD/DO board-certified in Infectious Disease with outpatient experience and CPR/BLS; licensed to practice in Florida with DEA/Furnishing

Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active medical license.
• Board-certified infectious disease physician experience preferred.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily in supported environment.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and meet productivity standards.
• Oversee scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet productivity goals.
• Document visits the same day or within 72 hours with correct coding.
• Deliver primary care for chronic and acute conditions.
• Collaborate with front desk, care coordinators and nursing staff.
• Review reports, imaging and labs promptly.
• Process prescription renewals within 72 hours.
• Monitor voicemails and emails daily.
• Support patient retention with retention summaries.
• Supervise PAs and NPs, including chart reviews.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as assigned.
• Administrative time: 4 hours weekly for full-time physicians.
