The role focuses on leading clinical care without night or weekend obligations and supervising mid-level providers within a mission-driven team. The ideal candidate will be MD/DO board-certified, with valid DEA and Furnishing licenses, and experience in outpatient settings handling 14–18 patients per day, delivering comprehensive preventive and acute care

Qualifications

• Must be MD or DO with an active state medical license.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Board certification preferred.
• Able to handle 14–18 patients per day in a supported environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient care and meet productivity standards.
• Supervise mid-level providers (PAs and NPs) and coordinate with care teams.
• Complete documentation the same day or within 72 hours with accurate billing codes.
• Support patient retention and manage urgent care as needed.
