Hill Valley Healthcare in Dublin, VA is seeking an Infection Preventionist/Staff Development RN to lead infection prevention efforts, develop nursing staff, and ensure compliance with federal guidelines. This full-time role sits in Nursing Administration at Highland Ridge Rehab Center, Dublin VA.

You’ll oversee QA processes, educational onboarding, and infection control programs, driving clinical excellence and a safe, compliant care environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (VA).
• 2+ years in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care.
• Certification or experience in Infection Control & Staff Education preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance (QA): Monitor, audit, and enhance clinical systems to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Staff Development Coordinator (SDC): Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs and onboarding for nursing staff.
