Qualifications

• Current RN license (VA).
• 2+ years in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care.
• Certification or experience in Infection Control & Staff Education preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance (QA): Monitor, audit, and enhance clinical systems to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Staff Development Coordinator (SDC): Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs and onboarding for nursing staff.
• Infection Preventionist (IP): Lead infection control efforts, maintain compliance with CDC & CMS guidelines, and promote a safe environment
